A barn in northern Germany is converted into a family home and more
The current owner and architect used to jump down from the beams into the haystacks below in this barn dating to the 1890s. After lovingly restoring the space, he lives in it with his young family. There is even enough space for his office and one for his wife, too. Only the open beams and high ceiling remind of the erstwhile use of the building.
